- One Weeks’ worth of clothing (Laundry Facility on Premises)
- Clothing that is comfortable, gym clothing
- No clothing with offensive images, writing, inappropriate or too revealing
- Shoes, sneakers, sandals, socks, underwear
Toiletries
- Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc. (will be provided if requested)
- Hair products
- Alcohol-Free toiletries and hygiene items
- No straight razors
Medications
- Bring current medications
- Make sure they are in the original prescription bottles
Smokers
- Bring sealed packs of cigarettes (currently no vape)
- Cigarettes can be purchased on shopping days
Leisure Activities
- Books or reading material for downtime
- Journals
- AM/FM alarm clock/radio if desired
- Crossword puzzles, word searches, etc.
Phones & Electronics
You can bring cell phones, tablets, and other electronics; however, access will be limited depending on the level of care. These guidelines are in place to protect focus during treatment and maintain a safe, recovery-centered environment. Family communication can always be arranged through staff if needed.
What NOT to bring:
- No outside food, gum, mints, or drinks. Any food products/drinks brought in on admission will be thrown away (List of approved items can be purchased on shopping days)
- Drugs, alcohol, or non-prescribed medications
- No Pets or Service animals, due to being in a shared environment with others.
